Random Happenings at the Beach

I know it has been way to long since I have posted but not much has happened FUN in the last little bit! So we decided to change that and since the girls were off School for an entire week for Spring Break and just so happened it was Easter Weekend we made a little mini vacation to the Beach! It started out just how I remember Vacations when I was a kid.. we waited ..and waited for Greg to get all the loose ends finished up before we could leave and we pulled out of the driveway at 11pm ..yep that sounds like my Dad! We started on our way and hit major traffic ..so we arrived at 4am ...yipee! But we were there and all I could think of was my bed. The next morning we realized that we had no hot water , so we waited all day for the repair man ... yep still reminds me off our trips as kids.. but for the most part after we got hot Showers ... we had a really good time, quality family time!

Happy Valentines Day

Today I realized how much I love my Valentines? We woke up in the morning and the girls had baskets with goodies ...candy, bubble bath , gymnastic leotards(a favorite..pictures to come)! Mommy got some chocolates and Tulips ..thanks babe! We had planned to go out to dinner at Osaka Japanese Steakhouse.. The girls were so excited and wanted to get all dressed up..which is when I realized how big My girls are getting .. Kaitlyn had to curl her hair, put jewelry on, and makeup...wait she is 7!! It was a lot of fun .. the Girls loved the food and watching them cook in front of us was a hit! After dinner we took them to get icecream at Coldstone...which was another hit! I love my family so much and am so Thankful for the moments that we share together making wonderful memories.. Happy Valentines Day !!

Kaitlyn and Haylee's Fort

The girls have really enjoyed the Snow ... I know that I have mentioned that I do not like the Snow so you will Never see me in the Snow Pictures..sorry ! They have spent a lot of hours out in the mess and have really had a Fun time!! Although mommy gets the aftermath of drying out the clothes and cleaning the hard wood floors .. between the girls and the dogs the floor has really taken a beating!

Blizzard of 2010

We have had our share of SNOW this year!! Who would have thought that I would be posting more BLIZZARD pictures!! Well here you go .. the Blizzard of 2010 is here.. We have had snow since yesterday morning at 10 am and it is now Saturday at 7:00pm and it had finally stopped .. Grand total of snow for this snow is 26 inches of SNOW!!! Pictures almost don't do it justice it is alot....alot ...of ... SNOW!! These are just a few of the pictures that were taken and I think my favorite is the Hot Chocolate.. because have I ever told you ....I HATE SNOW!! I dont know when we will be able to get out of the HOUSE...and Dont even think about SCHOOL!

Master Bathroom Redo

I love my husband dearly but....He always has to have something to do .. ALWAYS .. so when he is slow at work ...which happens a lot in the winter he always finds things to do around the house. So this week was our Master Bathroom. He has wanted to do this for awhile and I like how it turned out .. This week I have been to sick to do much decorating so I will have to get some cute cordinating towels with bows and stuff , so it can be as cute and Girly ...it is a little manly right now..hahah!

Alvin and the Chipmunks

Two girls that are soooo exited to go to the movies! This was Haylee's first movie, so we were interested to see how she would do. She is very active and hasn't sat through a movie at home so we didn't know how she would do in the theatre!


When we got to the theatre the girls were so excited to see that they had these statues and couldn't wait to get their pictures taken!

So ended up being a great movie! Haylee did pretty good .. towards the end she got a little restless , but when it was over she said "Mom, I love the Movie Theatre that was Awesome!"

Muffins and Mousetrap...Ringing in 2010

I don't know if I can believe that a whole year has gone by again...I still remember when it was going to be the year 2000 and everyone was going crazy about the computers and if they would work or if they would all crash... Now 10 years later so much has changed in Our lives! I never imagined to have such a wonderful life, be a mother of 2 of the most beautiful, fun , loving girls... They are my world and what I live for, they bring such joy to my life! To have a wonderful , Amazing husband that I love and adore so much . To be a wife and a mother has brought such joy to me and in the next 10 years I can only imagine all the wonderful moments that we will have as a family! Memories are what I want to make for the girls to remember and be able to share with their families! Last night it was wonderful to spend time with the girls making Muffins and playing Mousetrap and continuing to make amazing Family Memories and many more to come in 2010!!
